Agency Director / Primary Counselor / Case Manager / Lifetime Fun Seeker — Sally Hall MS, LSAC CM
Sally is a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor who has been counseling since 1998 in Utah and Idaho. Sally has experience serving adults and youth in rural and urban communities including members of Hispanic, Native American, Asian, African American and Pacific Islander families.  She has a masters degree in psychology and counseling. She is also Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) certified, Motivational Interviewing, as well as Cognitive Self-Change (CSC) certified, and is a Life Is Good Playmaker.

Office Manager / Intake Specialist/ Life Skills Coach — Verda Hutchison Prevention Specialist
Verda has grown into a vital role player providing support for counselors and clients working on serious life changing processes. She has demonstrated an ability to be sensitive, professional, accurate and confidential with information and services providing help to high needs clients.  Verda has also worked in the Prevention field teaching Life Skills for the past three years, focusing on elementary-age children.

Counselor / Case Manager / Recovery Coach -- Valerie Jones PhD, RN, QSUDP, CRC

Valerie has been a volunteer at OATS for several years prior to 2015 and has joined our staff as an DH+W qualified substance use disorder counselor, Recovery Coach, and is also trained in MRT. Along with her capacity of work here at OATS, Valerie has held the occupation of a Registered Nurse as well as a educator, in which she has over 23 years experience. 

Recovery Coach / After Care -- Luke Hall CRC

Luke serves as a Recovery Coach and support personnel for all of OATS clientele. He has been working at OATS in various capacities for over five years and is continuing his education to become a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor through the College of Southern Idaho. 

Recovery Coach / Parenting class -- Paula Hogg CRC

As a Recovery Coach, Paula works closely with clients assisting them in life skills such as: employment and housing, meeting court requirements, and becoming better parents. Along with Recovery Coaching, Paula leads the Parenting Program and MRT program here at OATS. While working here Paula enjoys her time helping clients achieve change to better their lives. 

Aftercare/Community Support staff-OATS ALUMNI

Aftercare is on Tuesday nights starting at 6:00 p.m.. A qualified staff member will over see the class and will help in facilitating the class and alumni present in continuing to do the opposite of addiction in their lives. Those who have completed a treatment program or who are living a life of sobriety with at least a year clean are welcome to join.
